Be A Kid Again

1. Actually.......yes! We both enjoy exercising in the nude and do so all the time. We have a treadmill and an eliptical machine in our garage with a tv set up to help pass the time. We are always nude with the exception of sneakers. Funny you should mention this. I'm at work and I talked to the Prof this morning and interupted her morning nude eliptical workout! I'd love to add a room onto our home and make a full workout area with weights and a few other exercise pieces of equipment. We've got limited space right now and we've got a three car garage!!........I think we need to get rid of some junk and get our priorities straight!
2. My wife and I do yoga nude at our house several times per week. We love it and we are starting to see it catch on at some yoga studios (mostly just male attendance). It would be great to see nude yoga classes commonly offered at textiled studios. Most of the environments at real yoga studios can be made private so as to prevent a line of onlookers outside a window. I am a runner and love to run nude when I have the chance. Don't really like treadmills that much. 2 weeks ago we were at Laguna Del Sol and I ran about 6 miles making several trips back and forth to the river and around the lake. It was fantastic.
3. Actually yeah i somewhat exercise in the nude.. i stretch every morning.. do sit ups and push ups nude.. I do have a treadmill in my apartment but i dont go on it nude all the time.. I sometimes wear a sports bra b/c (lets just say i have a big chest and u can kind of picture the rest lol) but i only wear a sports bra if i decide to run fast... if i dont feel like going fast then i just go nude..
4. I love to workout nude.I run in the woods nude as often as I can; I live in the midwest with high heat and humidity and even the new hi-tech fabrics don't equal mother nature's original outfit! I also lift nude. Besides the obvious benefits, I find it helps me focus on what my body is doing while I am under the weight. Tim
5. We just bought a trainer for our Trek bicycle. It's set up on the garage and I love being able to strip off the clothes as I start getting warm. (It's dang cold out in that garage this time of year!) We've enjoyed the weight room at Caliente when we stayed there in '05, very nice! The workout room at Desert Shadows is small but the equipment is very nice...enough to do the job! I've also ran one Bare Buns NW race...it was a blast. :-) Dee PS.......Hi TAN!
6. A caution when exercising nude on a motorized treadmill: always find a way to attach the key. You know, the key that turns the machine off if you fall. I was glad that I did this one time. My right jogging shoe came untied, and I did not notice. As you might have guessed, I stepped on my right shoelaces with my left foot. When my right foot went to come up, it was held by the laces under my left foot. Normally, I would stumble and catch myself. In this case, the treadmill pulled both feet out from under me (it was running at only about 5 mi/hr) so fast. Just like that, I hit the deck hard. I bounced. I was flat on the deck so fast that I had no time to think or react. Fortunately, I was wearing a sturdy belt and had the key firmly fastened to my belt. The machine shut right down when the key pulled out. Let me tell you, when flat on that deck, as the machine was shutting down, I could feel the power of that motor drive the belt against my skin. It would have ripped the skin right off of me had it not shut down. As it was, my deck is shock absorbing, and I had only a muscle pull and a few bruises. I had previously at times left the key dangle before that. Now I always fasten the key in my belt.
7. NudeIsntLewd, I'd have to be sure it would pull the key out. The belt I use is thick leather about an inch and a half wide, and I buckle it tight then clip the string to it with the clip, very sturdy. What I might do is wear a tough but thin running shirt, the kind without arms, and clip it to the neckline. Thanks for the idea.
8. We did do nude Yoga while staying at the Hidden Beach resort in Mexico. The instructor (she taught and stayed at the Eldorado next door) actually taught in the nude and really liked it. She had never been to a nude resort before, but plans to return. The resort wants her back!!
9. Since we became empty nesters some 10+ years ago, I do a regular regime at home always in the nude. Stetching and limbering, sit-ups and push-ups, then a reclining stationary bike for 20 to 40 minutes (replaced 35+ years of jogging due to a bad knee). In the summer some of the exercises are done in our very private pool area au naturel. Bikini swim suit only worn with certain guests. Acreage has some paths great for walking naked. Yard and garden care generally done with footwear only, except when safety and/or comfort require textiles. Exercise, sports and 'recreational work' in the nude are particularly pleasurable, and pursued at every opportunity.
10. On our trip to Desire resort in Mexico..we met a couple that had been doing nude yoga in San Diego for years...they we patient and kind enough to to allow us to join them every morning that week ...it was an awesome beginning to my love of yoga..
11. Just back from a lengthy trip abroad in a warm, mild climate. Stayed a week at a beautiful island resort. Wonderful trails through an adjacent national park but had to wear at least shorts. No nude nor clothing optional beach or other facilities. However, having the most private upper level deck in this steep hillside complex overlooking small islands in an azure sea gave me a most exhilarating venue for doing my morning exercise regime in the buff. Twelve minutes of stretching, sit-ups and push-ups, with a cup of coffee within reach. Ahhhh........ At home, always exercise in the nude outdoors and indoors. When traveling, usually only the latter. So this was a nice change. Ever vigilante for those opportunities...... Slathered on the sunscreen for tanning during the day on our private deck, when taking a break from other activities. When required such as at the pools, always wore a bikini, as I have done all my adult life (which is now considerable). No obvious tan lines during this portion of the trip. 'NUDE when able, covered when necessary'
12. I agree with the getting too warm exercising indoors. Use to be shorts only until we became empty nesters over 15 years ago, then dispensed with everything. Live nude, exercise nude. Now this may seem strange. I get good exercise when vacuuming the house, and I like it. One of those energy burning activities that accomplishes something useful. Call it aerobic vacuuming. Always done nude and always work up a light sweat. Two levels and a fairly large area. About weekly, not weakly. Adds a little bit to staying fit. It may be just a rumour, but I've heard that vacuuming is one of the more common household activities that both men and women, if able, prefer to do naked. And they are not necessarily nudists. Could this be true? And why do they like to do this? A theory I have is that in the freedom of one's home, there is pleasure in moving about everywhere uninhibited while naked. Total body movement. Many body positions. A dance of sorts........ Hmmmm? (that's not just the sound of the vacuum). Vacuuming does that........... Yet another form of good exercise. 13. I enjoy nude exercise too. I have a treadmill and the bike. Sit-ups also. I do wear running shoes on the treadmill though.
14. I enjoy exercising in the nude. I live on an acreage and it's very easy to run or walk in the nude. In the Winter I use a treadmill and go nude with the exception of wearing shoes. Another good thing about exercising in the nude, so sweaty clothes to wash!
15. Nude excercising is really great. Unfortunately it's impossible to do at the gym where I go. So I sometimes go to the beach for nude jogging. It's fun excercising naked in company, but, alas, impossible at the moment.
16. Hi all: I stayed at Caliente and got to work out a few times in thier great gym when I was there, perfect gym to get a naked work out. I like the motivational feedback of seeing my naked body in the mirrors when I work out. Also did the same at Cypress cove weight room in Orlando. Nothing beats a naked work out for me. (I also like to inline skate nude, albeit with lots of pads on still...) There is a weekly nude yoga class at my home gym, yoga is a perfect exercise to do naked. I like to do the aerobics class as well, for practical reasons I use a jock for that, too much bouncing around. Jogging, biking, and swiming are other sports I like to do naked. I would actually like to try snow sking naked someday if that were possible. Happy new year, stay naked and keep moving!

The 29-year-old Austrian skier, who hurt his neck and back in a crash last week, lost a bet with his physiotherapist, who had been treating his injuries. Schoenfelder had vowed to ski naked if his pains had lessened by Wednesday morning. Schoenfelder skied wearing only yellow boots and an orange helmet and gloves, and a photographer snapped a shot of the skier that has been circulated on the Internet. "Somehow I didn't notice the photographer," Schoenfelder said. "It was an internal bet and of course the whole thing wasn't planned for the public. "I am happy, though, that the pains have eased up and that it was not cold when I honored my debt." Schoenfelder had been in pain since his crash in Adelboden last week. After little success treating the pain, his physio performed a "special" treatment on Tuesday and Schoenfelder said he woke up the following morning without pain for the first time since an accident in Turracher Hoehe, Austria, a day before the World Cup races in Adelboden. Austria head coach Toni Giger said he did not think Schoenfelder would be sanctioned for the stunt. "I have no problem with nudity in general," Giger said. "I haven't seen the pictures but no one was hurt. ... This was typical Schoenfelder behavior." Schoenfelder has had a run of bad luck recently. In the giant slalom at Adelboden, he was disqualified for committing a rare rule violation - he kicked out of the start hut four seconds too early.
